Dr Nick Lowe Double Duty SPF15 Handcream is a superb multi-tasking hand cream boosted with protective SPF15, an advanced dual-action Vitamin A, potent moisturisers and a Mulberry derived skin lightener to help preserve the youthfulness of your hands, nails and cuticles. Easily absorbed, it delivers optimum and long-lasting moisture, whilst helping to fade the appearance of dark spots and discolourations caused by UV and environmental exposure. With regular use the appearance of nails and cuticles are improved and hands are left hydrated, smoother and softened.

How to Use
Apply anytime to keep hands and cuticles soft and protected. For optimum benefit always re-apply after washing hands.

Brilliant product
I have always used Clairins hand cream but was given some of this as a gift. I love it and will; change brand from now on!

Very impressed
This is the best hand cream I've ever used. It's a completely different consistency from most, almost like a chalky emulsion that soaks straight in with no greasy residue. And within a few days, my hands looked 100% better.

Really Effective!!!
This hand cream is rich and leaves hand utterly soft. Although it is rich, it is easily absorbed and has a subtle smell. Overall a wonderful product, especially for older hands, this cream will leave them looking youthful again!!
