How to Use
Suggested Daily Dosage:
Take 1 -2 Cynara Milk Thistle tablets once daily as required with a meal. Do not chew but swallow whole with cold liquid

Ingredients
Each Cynara Milk Thistle tablet contains 285 mg of dried standardised extract of Milk Thistle (Silyburm marianum L) providing 200 mgt of silymarin.
Calcium carbonate, milk thistle extract (70%) silymarin), pregelatinised maize starch, hydroxypropylmethylcelllose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, glycerol, colloidal silica, colours: titanium dioxide (E171), red and yellow iron oxide (E172)."
