Carnation PediRoller offers immediate relief from common foot pain in the heel and arch.

Excessive stretching or use of the plantar fascia, a tough band of tissue that supports the arch stretching like a bow string from the heel to the ball of the foot, causes it to become inflamed and very painful.

Carnation PediRoller can be easily used by following the information leaflet enclosed to help stretch the plantar fascia, increase flexibility and reduce pain.

The ridged design massages tired feet, reducing tension and stimulating circulation.

It can be used as cold therapy by chilling or freezing before use which will help reduce inflammation and comfort pain.

Easy to use, the PediRoller does not require batteries or electrics and can be used quickly while sitting reading, watching TV or just relaxing.

How to Use

Following the exercise guide within the pack, roll the bottom of your foot back and forth from heel to arch. Repeat for 3 to 5 minutes twice a day, morning and night.

Freezing the product before use will help if the area is inflamed.

Diabetes and people with circulatory disorders should seek professional advice before use.

Do not use on broken skin.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Store long term in a cool dry place.

Fizzy feet bath tablet:-

For external use only. Do not use on skin which is infected or bleeding. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.

Boots.com deliver to British Forces Post Office addresses. The charge for BFPO delivery is £6.00, this includes the cost of delivering your parcel to the BFPO sorting office and the charge applied for delivery to your address.
