Boots Teething Gel 3 Months Plus is an antiseptic, pain relieving gel specially made for teething troubles. Acts quickly to relieve the pain of teething and soothe sore gums.

How to Use

Read all of this carton for full instructions.

Check the tube seal is not broken before first use. If it is, do not use the gel.

Pierce tube seal with end of cap.

Apply to teeth and gums with a clean finger.

Children of 3 months and over: apply a small amount of gel to the sore area every 3 hours during the day, if you need to.

Do not use on children under 3 months.

Do not use more than the amount recommended above.

If you use too much, or anyone accidentally swallows some: talk to a pharmacist or doctor.

If symptoms do not go away, talk to your pharmacist or doctor.

Hazards and Cautions

Before you use this medicine

Do not use:

  • If your child is allergic to any of the ingredients
  • If your child is under 3 months, unless your doctor tells you to.

Information about some of the ingredients:

Sorbic acid (E200) may cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis).

Information for adults intending to use this medicine:

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless your doctor tells you to.

Possible side effects

Most people will not have problems, but some may get some.

If your child gets any of these serious side effects, stop using the gel. See a doctor at once.

  • Difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, neck, tongue or throat (severe allergic reaction).

If you notice any side effect not listed here, please tell your pharmacist or doctor.

Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.

Use by the date on the end flap of the carton.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase this product.

**Pre-orders will be delivered within 4 working days after stock arrives in our warehouse.
Named day £3.95 You can select a named weekday up to 14 days in advance for your order to be delivered. Usually between 8am-9pm.
Next day £4.75 Available on orders placed before 2.30pm. Orders placed after 2.30pm Mon - Fri or anytime Sat/Sun will not be delivered next day. The earliest delivery date for these orders will be shown at the checkout. Next day delivery is not available on medicines, these are shown with the green pharmacy cross symbol. Usually delivered between 8am -9pm.
Saturday £5.50 Usually delivered between 7am-1pm.

BFPO Delivery

Boots.com deliver to British Forces Post Office addresses. The charge for BFPO delivery is £6.00, this includes the cost of delivering your parcel to the BFPO sorting office and the charge applied for delivery to your address.

We can't ship aerosols to BFPO addresses. Aerosols will be intercepted and returned to us.

Please also note that certain areas carry specific weight restrictions and parcels over these weight limits are automatically returned to us.
Heavy/bulky Items £5.50 Orders containing bulky/heavy items are not available for free delivery or collect from store and are usually delivered within 5 working days.
