Take a look at our behind the scenes video to see how we created this issue of Health & Beauty's cover look then enter the prize draw to win a 'Get the cover look' make-up kit.

This summer, Britain is bursting with activities and celebrations so it's only right that our on-trend make up look, sported by this issue's Health & Beauty magazine cover model, should be a bold red lip. Get it right and a red lip instantly adds an air of brightness and sophistication to your radiant sun-kissed summer look.

So why not take a look at our behind-the-scenes video and to discover how to achieve the perfect red pout with step-by-step advice from leading make up artist James McMahon. You can then enter our prize draw to be in with a chance of winning a set of the 'get the cover look' products!




We have 10 sets to give away, worth more than £60 each. The kits include:

To enter the prize draw, simply put your name and address and choice of foundation shade in an email with the subject "Get the cover look May/June" and send it to healthandbeautymag@boots.co.uk.

Terms and conditions

  • Entrants to this prize draw must be aged 18 or over and a resident in the UK.
  • Purchase is not necessary.
  • Employees and the immediate families of Boots UK Limited, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not entitled to enter.
  • This competition closes at midnight on 20 June 2012.
  • An independent person, selected by Boots, will randomly select the winner after 20 June 2012 from all valid entries.
  • Only one entry per person and per email address.
  • Responsibility will not be accepted for loss, delay and corruption of any data in transit or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.
  • Competition prizes cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
  • The prize is to win one of 10 sets of beauty kits worth more than £60.
  • Values of prizes are correct at time of going to press.
  • The winners will be notified by the 18 July 2012. Any online winners will be notified by email. This must be acknowledged by the winner, by email, within 72 hours. Failure to respond to this email means an alternative winner will be selected from all other valid entries received.
  • Prizes will be delivered by 17 August 2012 by recorded delivery.
  • Responsibility will not be accepted for loss, delay or damage to prizes during delivery.
  • Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
  • We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding the prize if necessary.
  • The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
