Does not do what it's meant to Was very disappointed with this product, bought it in store thinking it was a great idea, but does not keep food warm let alone hot!!! 13 May 2013
Good, but has its limits Its vital that you pre-heat the jar with boiling water before you put the heated food in to it. Without doing this the food wouldn't stay warm for very long at all. Its also vital that the food you place into the jar is piping hot. If you take out food with you in the morning, its a nice eating temperature by lunchtime. Overall I'm happy with it as I have a very fussy toddler who will only eat a hot lunch, so it does save me a lot of hassle when out and about. The only other thing to mention is the handle broke within its first use. 15 October 2012
Really unimpressed Wish I had read the reviews on this item before purchasing. Really good idea but it doesn't work in the slightest, will definitely be returning for a refund!!! 01 May 2013
