You can apply in store, over the phone, or online right now! And if you apply online, you can choose to receive an instant Advantage Card number and a print out of a barcode so you can start collecting 4 points for every £1 spend*1 online or in store straight away! Just tick the box on the application form and follow the instructions.

If you wish to sign up in store, pick up an application form from your nearest Boots, fill it in and either return it to any Boots store, or return it by freepost. While you're waiting for your permanent Advantage Card, which should arrive within 2-3 weeks, you can still collect points instore and online with your temporary Advantage Card, which is on the front of the application form.

If you haven't signed up to Boots.com, you can click here to create a Boots.com account and then follow the instructions.
After that, or if you've already signed up to Boots.com, please login to your account, click "About Me", and then fill in your Advantage Card details. Your Advantage Card will then be registered to your account.
If you're using someone else's Advantage Card, simply enter the number at checkout rather than adding it to your account.
Unfortunately, you cannot change a temporary Advantage Card to a permanent Advantage Card online, but if you fill in the application form that came with the temporary Advantage Card, or phone customer care on 0845 124 4545*2, they will be able to order a permanent Advantage Card for you .
