Do I have to register to be able to use an Extra Offers Kiosk?

No. You can use the Extra Offers Kiosks as long as you have a permanent Advantage Card.

Can I use my instant Advantage Card in the Extra Offers Kiosk?

No. Unfortunately instant Advantage Cards can't be used in the Extra Offers Kiosk, you must wait for your permanent Advantage Card to arrive before you use the machine. If you haven't already applied for your permanent card, you can apply here.

How do I update my personal details using an Extra Offers Kiosk?

Simply insert your permanent Advantage Card and on the main menu press the 'my details' button. Then simply follow the instructions on screen.

When will the points I collect online be ready for collection and how do I collect them?

Your points will be ready for collection 5 days* after you make your purchase at Boots.com with the exception of:

• Other shops (except those listed below) = 10 days*
• Travel money = 14 days*
• Travel shop = 14 days*
• Kitchen appliances = 21 days*
• BUPA health checks = 21 days*

To collect your points simply insert your permanent Advantage Card in to any Extra Offers Kiosk (found in larger Boots stores). Your points will automatically be added to your card and your new balance will be displayed on screen and printed out for you to take away.

Why doesn't my local store have an Extra Offers Kiosk?

We have selected our larger Boots stores to house our Extra Offers Kiosks because they have a wider range of products than our smaller stores and therefore we can increase the number of offers available. Coupons can be used in any Boots stores as long as the coupon has not expired and the product is stocked. There are some Extra Offers Kiosks in smaller stores to ensure you don't have to travel too far to your nearest Extra Offers Kiosk.

My friend used the Extra Offers Kiosk and received different offers to me. Why is that?

The offers made available to you are based on your Advantage Card purchasing history at Boots. We try our best to tailor our offers to what you've bought in the past and what we think may be of interest to you.

Can I keep the coupons indefinitely?

Each coupon is valid on the day you print it out unless otherwise stated. Some coupons are also valid for a short period of time after the day it's printed - check the date on the individual coupon so you don't miss out!

Can I use more than one coupon at a time?

You can use one coupon for each product in a single transaction unless otherwise stated.

Can I use more than one Total Spend voucher in a single transaction?

Only one Total Spend Voucher or Double Points Voucher can be used in a single transaction and only providing the total spend stated has been reached.
