If you live in the UK, sign up for your Advantage Card here.
We are temporarily unable to process Republic of Ireland Advantage Card applications on line. You can complete your application by collecting a form in store or calling Customer Care on 1 890 200085
To sign up over the phone if you live in the UK, just call our Advantage Card team on 0845 124 4545.
If you live in the Republic of Ireland, please call 1 890 200085.
Please note: we may record your calls to help maintain our high standards of service.
If you wish to sign up in store, pick up an application form from your nearest Boots, fill it in and either return it to any Boots store, or return it by freepost.
While you're waiting for your permanent Advantage Card, which should arrive within 2-3 weeks, you can still collect points in store and online* with your temporary Advantage Card, which is on the front of the application form.

* Points are not available on prescription items, infant milks (up to six months), gift vouchers/cards, postage stamps, Boots Hearingcare, Boots Insurance (excluding travel insurance) and travel services (excluding travel money). Online points are not available on gift boxes and delivery charges.
