ok until you need to sharpen
i have tried sharpening these pencils and they are a nightmare , bought new sharpener, put them in the freezer for 15 mins to harden centre, (if you don't the colour gets stuck in the sharpner), worked but not for long their shadow seems to be formed in two separate parts so the very centre of the colour falls out so you then have an outer part that you have to press back into the hole in the centre and try to sharpen again! so my eye shadow is now 1/2 the size it should be because of this i would not recommend these and i will not be buying again

Nice colours but difficult to sharpen
I love the pink colour which I'd describe as ashy rose petals. I also bought the hot chocolate and find it very good too. It's soft and durable as described. However, I too struggled with sharpening. I find it a bit too large for my sharpener which normally fits well wide cosmetic pencils. A comment to one of the reviews says that this pencil is a twist up one but I'm not convinced. I have bought two and when I tried to twist the top it did twist but this didn't result in anything. I tried both pencils in both directions for quite a long time - the colour didn't move a bit. So I guess I will have to find a way to sharpen them so that I can keep using them as it would be a shame to throw them away.
