Scratched to pieces These were bought for me by my mother to stop the friction on my heel from a new pair of sandals that I had just recently bought. I actually wanted her to get me some gel liners. But she got me these instead, so I thought I'll try them out since I have them now. I spent a whole day walking around in them and I've received the biggest blister I've ever had in my life! The skin even got rubbed off! The problem with them, is that they are not gel - whatever material they are made from is actually quite rough. I probably would have faired better without using these. I think if you are going to buy these, you have to be wearing socks. September 6, 2012
